CANCELLATION
POLICY

To help us serve you and others effectively, we have a firm 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy. We truly appreciate your trust in us and look forward to providing you with an exceptional experience.

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can happen. However, arriving too late may mean we are unable to complete your scheduled service, and you may forfeit your appointment time.

To ensure you receive the full value of your service, we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early. In return, we will always do our best to stay on time and accommodate every client.

Cancellations & Reschedules

Because each appointment is reserved just for you:

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% service charge to the card on file.

No-call, no-text, or no-show on the day of service will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please text us at (615) 437-2567 before the 48-hour notice period to avoid cancellation fees.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can arise, and we appreciate your cooperation in respecting this policy. It allows us to fairly manage our schedule and continue offering the best service to all of our clients.
