CANCELLATION
POLICY

We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your scheduled appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

Please be aware that if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be applicable. We appreciate your understanding as this policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our staff.

In the event of a no-call, no-text, no-show on the day of your scheduled service, you will be required to cover the full cost of the scheduled service. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy.
